Job Summary
Internal Auditor - AI Specialist at Centene leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to conduct risk-based audits across strategic, operational, financial, and compliance domains. Develop and maintain AI-enabled audit procedures, dashboards, and analytic workflows (e.g., Copilot, agent-based workflows) to enhance audit coverage and insights. Execute audits evaluating controls for scalability and risk mitigation; assist in audit planning by incorporating data analytics and AI-enabled procedures; draft audit reports with data visualization and AI-supported insights; communicate observations and process improvements; support special projects and adoption of internal audit best practices. Preferred certifications include CPA, CIA, and/or CISA. Proficiency in Python and analytics/automation tools (Power BI, Power Automate) is desired. The role supports remote, hybrid, field, or office work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field
- 2+ years of public accounting, internal audit, or related operational auditing or business experience
- Licenses/Certifications: CPA, CIA and/or CISA preferred
