Job Summary
Conduct walkthroughs, compliance tests, and substantive testing across financial, operational, and information systems areas. Document findings in automated workpapers, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations for corrective action. Interview management at all levels, perform data analytics on subsidiary financial and operational data, and support external auditors. Handle special projects as assigned while maintaining strict confidentiality. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, two years of auditing experience, and willingness to travel up to 30%. Preferred qualifications include CPA or CIA certification, ERP system proficiency, and experience in manufacturing environments. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with concentration in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum two years of auditing and/or accounting experience

- Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification

- Experience in public accounting assurance or advisory practice
- Big 4 or reputable regional firm experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Practical experience with ERP systems - Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Multi-lingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese)
- Data analytics experience using Arbutus, ACL or similar products
