Job Summary
Manage assigned auditing activities to evaluate internal control system adequacy and effectiveness. Operatively execute audit programs by analyzing relevant data and documents to verify process efficiency. Draft reports highlighting findings and improvement opportunities, then provide management with suggested corrective actions. Monitor the implementation and effectiveness of agreed-upon actions across business areas. Support cross-functional projects for process improvements and procedure updates. Promote an ethics-based culture across the organization. Starting gross annual salary is €40,000. Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or related disciplines
- 3/5 years of experience
- Solid knowledge of internal audit methodologies and procedures
- Ability to perform process analysis and identify improvements
- Strong reporting skills and ability to produce clear audit documentation
- Fluent English is mandatory (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of relevant laws, standards, and regulations (e.g. Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001)
Desired Qualifications
- additional language (German/Spanish) is a plus
- knowledge and use of AI tool is a plus
