Internal Audit Specialist (English Skills)

Develop and maintain a Risk Control Matrix (RCM) while reviewing and improving internal audit processes to enhance efficiency and compliance. Conduct independent audits of business processes and policies, then coordinate with various departments to address identified gaps. Organize training related to internal audit activities and apply familiarity with the Financial Statement Closing Process and Tax. Candidates must be under 35 with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, auditing, or business administration, plus one to two years of audit or accounting experience. Strong English communication skills are required, and Big 4 audit experience is a special consideration.
