Job Summary
Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations, collaborating with clients to understand business processes and identify areas for improvement. Utilize auditing methodologies, data analysis techniques, and artificial intelligence platforms to assess financial statements and enhance audit efficiency. Develop and maintain comprehensive audit reports while participating in project management activities to validate timely delivery of services. Engage in risk analysis and management to help organizations navigate potential disruptions and support the setup and transformation of internal audit functions across diverse industries.
Required Qualifications
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment or the educational requirements for licensure as a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Current pursuit of or an active CPA, CIA or CISA license
- Demonstrating proficiency in auditing methodologies and compliance auditing
- Utilizing data analysis and interpretation skills to inform insights
- Excelling in communication and stakeholder management
- Applying knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Engaging in business process improvement and operational risk management
- Up to 60% travel
