Internal Audit Manager

Job Summary
Internal Audit Manager responsible for planning and executing audits with a primary focus on operational risks and processes, including trade lifecycle, IT general controls, information security, change management, and business continuity. Work with the Group Audit team located in Amsterdam, travel to key global locations 1–2 weeks at a time, prepare audit documentation and reports, and contribute to continuous improvement of audit methodologies. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings to stakeholders in English are required. Based in Amsterdam and willing to travel internationally. Proactive collaboration within a diverse, international team is expected.
Required Qualifications
- 6-7 years of experience in internal audit with a strong focus on operational and/or IT auditing
- Strong understanding of operational risk and control frameworks
- Experience auditing operational processes within a complex or regulated environment
- Proven ability to assess control design and operating effectiveness, identify root causes, and formulate practical recommendations
- Professional qualification such as CIA, CPA, RA, CISA, or equivalent is considered a strong plus
- Ability to work independently and in a diverse, international team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Based in Amsterdam with willingness to travel internationally (approx. 8-10 weeks per year)
