Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, adhering to customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Roles may be cross-trained across store areas to support business needs; responsibilities include accurately ringing purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing merchandise preparation for the sales floor, participating in store recovery, maintaining merchandising standards, supporting safety and loss-prevention measures, and upholding labor policies. This position emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, adaptability to changes, and contributing to a positive store culture while providing excellent service and operations support.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Retail customer experience preferred
