Internal Alternative Provision Coordinator

Coordinate internal alternative provision to support students at risk of suspension, planning and delivering structured opportunities, 1:1 or small group sessions to boost academic progress, social skills, resilience and self-confidence. Deliver targeted behaviour and wellbeing interventions; adapt timetables to facilitate reintegration into mainstream lessons; collaborate with Learning Managers, Inclusion Team and senior leadership to develop referral processes and implement effective intervention strategies. Maintain up-to-date student records (SIMs, oCloud, Praising Stars) and communicate progress with parents and carers. This is a permanent term-time role at Outwood Grange Academy, with a Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:00 pattern and Fridays 08:00–15:30. Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire, United Kingdom.
