Job Summary
Internal Air & Groups Air Specialist responsible for managing and coordinating internal air arrangements for employees on tours, supporting the Groups Department with group air bookings beyond standard tools, coordinating airline contracting and group space in the GDS, and ensuring timely provision of flight and ticketing information to Tour Directors and internal teams. Requires strong attention to detail, cross-departmental partnership, proficiency with GDS (Apollo/Galileo or similar), experience in airline contracting and group ticketing, and ability to monitor schedule changes and issue accurate group tickets in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with Apollo/Galileo (or other GDS system)
- Strong ticketing proficiency (including international exchanges)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Collaborative team player with strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedule changes, ticketing updates, and operational tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with a commitment to delivering high standards of accuracy, performance, and guest service
