Job Summary
Support Global Visual Merchandising team in the development and execution of VM projects across skincare and makeup categories. Contribute to global VM guidelines, launch animations, and storytelling experiences aligned with international marketing calendars and regional business needs. Responsibilities include creating VM guidelines and toolkits in InDesign, coordinating weekly regional follow-ups, developing launch scenographies for windows and counters, producing 3D renderings and layouts, coordinating with external agencies and suppliers, assisting Store Design with new openings, collaborating with Retail, Creative Studio, and Marketing teams on VM projects, conducting trend research, and organizing VM assets and guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Design, Architecture, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, or a related creative field
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, MS Office, and AUTOCAD
- 3D design software such as 3ds Max is a plus
- Strong creative sensibility with attention to aesthetics and detail
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn within a dynamic global team
