Job Summary
Support the Visual Merchandising team with project management for upcoming Retail and Wholesale campaigns, including customized displays and seasonal guidelines. Maintain the Yoobic evaluation tool, source and order decoration articles, and create orders in SAP. Manage transportation logistics and handle general administrative tasks such as ordering, invoicing, and communication. This six-month, full-time internship begins October 2026 at IWC headquarters in Schaffhausen, offering daily food allowances, health insurance, and 25 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed Bachelor or Master's degree in Business / Marketing or equivalent studies
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office: Excel, Power Point
- Fluency in English
- Exact, insistent, dainty way of working with a strong eye for details combined with a feeling and affinity for luxury
- Hands-on mentality and service-oriented mindset
Desired Qualifications
- SAP experience
- Experience in the field of visual merchandising
- German language skills
