Job Summary
Conduct company, industry, and market research for public and private clients. Identify and analyze comparable public companies and transactions while reviewing historical financial performance and projections. Support valuation models using internal templates, estimate discount rates, and prepare analyses and client deliverables. Participate in management interviews and client meetings where appropriate, and work on an independent research project. Requires a Master's degree in finance or accounting, proficiency in English and Dutch, and MS Office skills. Authorization to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship is required.
Required Qualifications
- A Master's degree (or close to finalizing) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minor in Accounting or Finance)
- Relevant practical experience through internships or extracurricular engagements
- Proficiency in English & Dutch (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Authorization to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship

- A strong interest in corporate finance, valuation and financial analysis
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills
