Job Summary
Intern, UX Research & Design role within TeamViewer's Product Design team. The intern will participate in planning, conducting, and analyzing UX research (surveys, interviews, usability tests), recruit participants using the User Focus Program, measure UX with methods like SUS/UEQ, translate insights into actionable recommendations, collaborate in agile teams with Designers, Developers, Product Owners, and Product Managers, and may contribute to UI design through wireframes and mockups. Location is Göppingen, Germany; contract is a full-time internship with travel subsidies and opportunities to work on international initiatives; salary details provided in listed German amounts for 20h/16h/FT contracts, with a note that corporate benefits and a supportive, inclusive culture are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- enrolled at a university with mandatory internship
- full-time availability for internship starting between Sep and Oct 2026
- studying related to UX Design, User Research, HCI, Information Design, Psychology or similar
- basic experience in conducting UX research (heuristic evaluation, usability tests, interviews, surveys)
- familiarity with Figma and at least one method for analyzing qualitative/quantitative data
- JTBD familiarity and UX metrics like SUS/UEQ are a plus
- UI design skills and knowledge of common UI patterns and UX principles are welcome
- experience or interest in using AI in UX Research or design workflows is a plus
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
