Job Summary
Intern, UX Ops at Delivery Hero Berlin campus hybrid role focusing on enabling Design and Research teams through DesignOps capabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating collaborations and rituals, logistics for events, drafting and delivering internal communications, workflow optimization, and documentation governance. You will help maintain operational content for cross-functional audiences, assist in collecting and disseminating design and research resources, and support knowledge management initiatives such as maintaining meeting templates and research repositories. The role emphasizes collaboration with Design and Research teams, organization, and process improvements across the global QC UX team. Requirements include pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field, strong organizational/time-management skills, excellent written/verbal communication, and proficiency with Office and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, Miro, Figma, Slack). A hybrid work arrangement in Berlin, with two days on-site.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design Project Management, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Miro, Figma, Slack)
