Job Summary
Conduct real client work under mentorship from professionals across all levels of the firm. Gain exposure to tax, audit, and advisory services through hands-on projects with actual clients. Participate in structured mentoring sessions, coaching, and firm-sponsored professional development events. Network with firm leadership and staff during dedicated opportunities. Engage in time management and organization within a fast-paced environment while pursuing CPA licensure.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (junior, senior, or MAcc/MBA student)
- Interest in pursuing CPA licensure (if applicable)
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage time, stay organized, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
