Intern to KPMG Deal Advisory Malmö spring 2027

Conduct financial due diligence for M&A transactions, gaining exposure to valuations and operational due diligence across multiple industries. Work with senior transaction specialists under mentorship to support career development while analyzing complex deal structures for corporates and private equity clients. Rotate through projects in diverse sectors to build a fundamental understanding of the M&A market and industry dynamics. This full-time internship runs during the spring semester 2027, starting in January, with a deadline to apply by August 30. Candidates must have 1-2 semesters remaining in a three-year program or 1-4 semesters in a five-year program, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
