Job Summary
Implement real-time Zoho projects by customizing CRM, Books, and Creator apps using Deluge scripts and third-party API integrations. Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions while assisting in automating workflows and optimizing application performance. Participate in daily Agile sprints, testing, and debugging under the guidance of senior engineers, maintaining comprehensive documentation for all customizations. Work 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM IST with structured mentorship, progressing from an intensive 1-3 month program to a full-time role based on performance.
Required Qualifications
- Recent graduate or final-year student with a degree in BCA / MCA / BE (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related fields)
- Basic proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, or similar)
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and basic software development concepts
- Interest in working with Zoho applications (CRM, Creator, Books) and learning Deluge scripting
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to interact with clients confidently
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Self-motivated, target-driven and eager to take initiative
- Willingness to learn, adapt quickly, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Office Time: 10:00 AM IST to 07:00 PM IST
Desired Qualifications
- knowledge of scripting or logic building is a plus
