Job Summary
Intern Technical US position in a beverage manufacturing environment. Interns will be placed in a department based on interests and business needs for 3 to 6 months to assist with projects, process improvements, and day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include adhering to GMPs and PPE requirements, supporting operations, maintenance, quality assurance, or engineering activities, assisting with process improvements, data collection, and documentation; shadowing experienced professionals; and managing a single assigned project to support continuous improvement. Must support safety policies, food quality standards (SQF), and regulatory requirements; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Required to be pursuing a related degree, maintain GPA of 3.0+, be at least 18, and be available to work all hours as needed. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with possible infrequent overtime; physically capable of workstation tasks and lifting as described. Refresco is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Recently graduated or currently enrolled in good academic standing with a college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business, HR, Supply Chain, Food Science, Finance, Safety, or a related field
- GPA of 3.0 or greater within declared major
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Willingness to work all hours requested by supervisor to receive university credit (if applicable)
