Job Summary
Assist the Tax team in servicing high net worth individuals by preparing tax returns, income tax projects, and supporting work papers under the guidance of experienced professionals. Organize client tax files, reconcile information, and conduct basic test research on tax laws and regulatory changes. Participate in training sessions and associate meetings to build technical knowledge while adhering to firm quality control and confidentiality standards. Collaborate with wealth advisory teams on integrated planning concepts and support special projects enhancing the client experience. This internship provides hands-on learning through real client work to develop foundational tax planning and compliance skills.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree with an expected graduation date within 24 months of the start of the internship.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through work or extracurricular activities.
Desired Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
- Strong aptitude for working with numbers and performing detailed calculations accurately.
- Basic knowledge of accounting or tax principles.
- Eagerness to learn and ask questions in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals in a professional environment.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; willingness to learn specialized tax planning and preparation software.
