Job Summary

Intern - Talent Acquisition supports recruitment and onboarding programs under supervision, assisting with screening resumes, coordinating interviews, updating candidate data in ATS, maintaining job postings, communicating status to candidates, and supporting talent pipelines and university recruiting events. Requires strong written/verbal communication, organizational/analytical/problem-solving skills, familiarity with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., ApplicantPro, LinkedIn Recruiter), PC proficiency, and ability to handle confidential information. Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting preferred
  • Prior experience working within an Applicant Tracking System and/or CRM system (i.e., ApplicantPro, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other talent acquisition tools)
  • PC proficiency including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft 365, Databases, CRM, and ATS systems
  • Must be able to handle highly confidential information
  • Must possess strong service orientation aligned with core values
