Job Summary
Intern Talent Acquisition Operations role focused on supporting campus and emerging talent recruiting programs through scheduling, logistics, data tracking, and events coordination. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment operations tools (ATS, candidate databases, reporting dashboards), partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize workflows, and contributing to process improvements through documentation and templates. Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in HR/Business/Data Analytics, have strong organizational and communication skills, can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and are interested in data-driven decision-making. The position is onsite at the Waukesha, WI office (Summer 2026).
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a similar field with an expected graduation date on or after May 2026
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with an interest in data-driven decision-making and process optimization
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Available to work Summer 2026 June - August
