Job Summary
Intern - Talent Acquisition - Austin (26-27). Intern supports IDEA’s mission by contributing to day-to-day team operations, project execution, and administrative priorities while developing foundational professional skills in a collaborative work environment. This is a full-time hybrid (remote/onsite) position based in Austin, TX. Travel to IDEA training events or step-back may be required. Salary is $12 hourly for 20 hours/week.
