Intern - Systems Engineering - Must Be Bilingual in English and Japanese/Korean

Job Summary
The Systems Engineering intern will support Korean and/or Japanese customers with a North American presence. Responsibilities include developing relationships with cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects with varied deliverables, documenting customer feedback for internal teams, and presenting work to managers. Candidates should have an understanding of networking technology, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. This position is ideal for candidates pursuing relevant degrees and must take place over the summer in a full-time capacity.
Required Qualifications
- Currently reside in North America.
- Pursuing a degree in Engineering (Networking, Systems, Software, or Data) or a related field such as IT, Computer Science, or Applied Analytics.
- Must be bilingual in English and Japanese, or English and Korean.
- Have at least 18 months remaining before graduation.
- General understanding of Networking Technology.
- Self-starter, proactive and eager to learn.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience or demonstrated interest in AI-assisted workflows.
- Skilled at using Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within both virtual and in-person teams.
