Job Summary
Assist in tracking inventory levels, shipments, and supplier performance while reviewing vendor master information within the ERP system. Support procurement activities including vendor communication, purchase orders, and data entry, and participate in supply chain planning and forecasting. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply chain issues, identify process improvement opportunities, and present findings to leadership. Maintain accurate records for audits and compliance, and analyze target stock levels using statistical inventory management tools. This part-time, full-year on-site role requires a maximum of 29 hours per week and is open to junior or senior students in supply chain, finance, or related fields.
Required Qualifications
- Junior or senior year in Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field of study
- 1+ years of applicable experience
- This is an on-site role; applicants must reside locally or be able to commute daily
- Must be able to maintain a school/work schedule and a maximum of 29 hours per week

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
