Maintain the company's social media presence across all digital channels and plan campaigns for web, SEO/SEM, email, and social media. Measure campaign performance against ROI and KPIs while managing leads from various online platforms. Create digital content including posts, brochures, case studies, and catalogs, along with blog articles and animation scripts for customer traction. Execute video creation and editing for documentaries, discussions, and expert interviews, and handle shopping cart and e-commerce integrations. Onboard customers through workflow automation.
