Job Summary
Intern - Strategy & Growth working with the Director of Strategy & Growth on strategy topics, conduct basic research on new verticals, formulate initial hypotheses, translate concepts into pragmatic tests and MVPs, independently analyze key business processes and develop optimization approaches, and present results directly to the leadership team. Requirements include a very good Master's degree in economics or a comparable program, experience in VCs/green-tech startups or top-tier strategy consultancy (preferred), ability to rapidly grasp complex topics, hypothesis-driven problem solving, comfort in a fast-changing environment, strong self-organization and judgment, and fluency in German and English.

- Ability to quickly familiarize with complex topics and approach problems hypothesis-driven
- Strong self-organization and decision-making skills
