Job Summary
Intern - Strategic Finance at Ecolab in Kraków, Poland. Support the Food & Beverage Commercial Finance team across Europe with tasks including complex financial calculations and analysis for sales support, price quoting, profitability analysis; assist in development/improvement of management reports and data structures; build simple to moderate reports using Excel, BI tools, Hyperion, SAP, CRM; draw conclusions for management; coordinate parts of finance processes; and perform daily/weekly updates. Ideal candidate is a student pursuing a bachelor or master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, available ~30 hours/week, with strong analytical skills, advanced Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas), SAP knowledge preferred, and fluent in English. Hybrid work model (~50% office, ~50% home) in Kraków with opportunities for learning and development, competitive compensation, and a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Student status (2-4yr)
- Availability of at least 30 hours per week
- Working toward a bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics
- Good knowledge of basic finance areas
- Excel modelling skills
- SAP knowledge preferred
- English fluency and good communication skills
