Job Summary
Intern - State Farm Agent Team Member providing administrative support and helping the agency gain and keep customers. Responsibilities include assisting with customer service, answering inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarifications; using a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options; and promoting business development through effective communication. Requires bilingual Spanish, strong teamwork and customer-service orientation, and solid time-management and organizational skills to meet deadlines. Training and development are part of the role.
