Job Summary
Assist the business goals of the insurance agency by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Respond to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options while promoting business development. Maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Full-time student status required with coursework in Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, or Marketing.
Required Qualifications
- full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship
- Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently
- Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties
