Intern Software Developer (C++)

Job Summary
Maintain and develop new features for current and future product and customer base within the Base Station Software department. Participate in end-to-end software development life-cycle including specification, design, planning, development, integration, and testing of customer features for site equipment. Work on engineering improvements, create internal tools, and brainstorm innovative services to maximize site capacity and minimize service outage time. Collaborate with Scrum teams to implement functionalities that select best received signals, process real-time audio, and manage hardware for maximum service availability.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of C++ programming languages
- Version control system e.g. Git
- Linux system skills
- English skills at a level allowing efficient communication
- Ability to analyze, understand the code and solve issues
- Focus on quality
- Willingness to learn
- Availability 24 hours per week (minimum)
- At least one year cooperation
- Availability to work 2 days per week in our office in Kraków (Czerwone Maki 82)
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Python programming language
- Knowledge of Software Design Patterns
- Knowledge and experience in the following tools: Git, Jenkins, Jira, Docker
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies or work experience in Scrum teams
- Bachelor's Degree in technical studies
