Job Summary
Intern – Social Performance & Human Rights supports ERM Italy CPD in Milan, assisting with social performance assessment, stakeholder engagement, and human rights services across capital development projects; responsibilities include developing socio-economic and health baselines, engaging stakeholders, contributing to environmental and social management plans, and drafting concise reports in English while collaborating with global teams; the role emphasizes data analysis, documentation, and program support across multiple countries with a requirement to spend at least 3 days per week at the Milan office; ideal candidates will have related degree, strong writing and communication skills, curiosity, adaptability, and an interest in socio-economic topics including human rights, gender, labor, diversity and inclusion, with proficiency in Office Suite and English (French/Spanish is an asset).
Required Qualifications
- Degree qualified in a discipline related to sociology, anthropology, social or international development, international human development, human rights law or similar in the social field.
