Job Summary
Occupational therapy intern sought to work with the Smooth Way Home management team on a capstone project to build the NICU community's capacity. The intern will gain field experience, collaborate with experts in early childhood education, family services, and mental health within a nonprofit setting, and participate in professional development and mentorship opportunities. The role involves developing a project to satisfy capstone requirements and contribute to services for fragile infants, under supervision, in a supportive team environment. Must be an OT student working toward capstone completion and possess or qualify for an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card; COVID vaccination is emphasized for safety.
