Job Summary
Conduct real-world accounting and finance projects that impact the organization while fostering cross-functional relationships and personal growth. Receive personalized training on department-specific day-to-day problems and gain meaningful experience in relationship management and professional development. Participate in ongoing team development, communication, and implementation of policies to ensure best practices and resolve cohesiveness issues. Maintain familiarity with company operating systems, including quality, security, and USDA/FDA guidelines, while driving out waste and improving processes. Use Microsoft Office suite and business management principles to lead, take charge, and offer direction on assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work on feet for multiple hours
- Must be able to work in various temperatures
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by visiting facility
- Travel depending on assignment
- Knowledge of business and management principles
- Willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction
- Ability to use computers and computer programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- In process of completing a degree program for a Bachelor's, Master's and/or Doctorate Degree in related field of position requirement
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred experience in manufacturing or poultry
- Military experience
