Job Summary
Prepare Salesforce announcements, consolidate user feedback, and maintain the idea repository to support continuous improvement initiatives. Develop change management materials, organize governance documentation, and track enhancement requests through evaluation stages. Monitor operational activities, analyze backlog trends, and prepare weekly reports and dashboards for management presentations. Participate in team meetings, workshops, and planning sessions to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of six (6) months
