Intern - Sales

Support delegate and visitor promotion initiatives for conferences through email outreach, digital campaigns, and tele-calling. Conduct market and industry research to identify potential delegates, visitors, and partners, then execute targeted outreach to industry stakeholders, associations, and institutions. Call and follow up with prospective participants to confirm registrations, while assisting exhibitors with post-event support, lead retrieval, and operational queries. Coordinate onsite and backend logistics including registrations, help desk, session support, and partner servicing, and maintain databases of visitors, delegates, and exhibitors. Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, sales, and operations to ensure smooth execution of engagement plans.
