Job Summary
Intern Sales Development Program in Madrid for Turkish-speaking candidates. Supports the Business Development team with account research, prospecting, and heavy cold-calling to set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. Structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a clear path into full-time BDR roles. Requires 6+ months of full-time availability for SEPTEMBER 2026. Fluent Turkish and business-fluent English required; additional European languages a plus. Hybrid work model in Madrid with opportunities to take ownership early and grow within the Sales organization.
Required Qualifications
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- Work in a structured manner & fast learner
- Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
- Be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
- Native (or equivalent) proficiency in Turkish and business fluent English language. Other European languages are a plus.
- For this role, you bring at least 6 months of full-time availability for SEPTEMBER 2026.
- Nice to have: First experience in a Sales-related role
- Nice to have: First proficiency with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft etc
- Nice to have: First experience in account research, planning as well as prospecting & cold calling
