Job Summary

Intern Sales Development Program in Madrid for Turkish-speaking candidates. Supports the Business Development team with account research, prospecting, and heavy cold-calling to set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. Structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and a clear path into full-time BDR roles. Requires 6+ months of full-time availability for SEPTEMBER 2026. Fluent Turkish and business-fluent English required; additional European languages a plus. Hybrid work model in Madrid with opportunities to take ownership early and grow within the Sales organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
  • Work in a structured manner & fast learner
  • Ability to listen very well, be an excellent communicator
  • Exceptional organizational and planning skills within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Be curious and have a long-term interest in building a career in Sales
  • Native (or equivalent) proficiency in Turkish and business fluent English language. Other European languages are a plus.
  • For this role, you bring at least 6 months of full-time availability for SEPTEMBER 2026.
  • Nice to have: First experience in a Sales-related role
  • Nice to have: First proficiency with Sales tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot, SalesNavigator, SalesLoft etc
  • Nice to have: First experience in account research, planning as well as prospecting & cold calling
