Job Summary
Intern Sales Development Program in Madrid supporting a diverse, international Business Development team. You will engage in account research and strategic prospecting with a heavy focus on cold calling, prospect into prioritized accounts via calls, emails, and social strategies, and set up qualified meetings for Account Executives. The role offers onboarding and coaching, opportunities to quickly take ownership by engaging senior management of prospects from week 3, and a clear pathway into full-time BDR roles. A structured 2-week onboarding process and ongoing development are provided, with a flexible hybrid work model in Madrid. Native Spanish and English proficiency are required, and the program targets high-potential graduates with at least 6 months of full-time availability.
Required Qualifications
- Student of Business Administration or a comparable program
- 6 months of full-time availability
- Native proficiency in Spanish with business proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Interest in building a career in Sales
