Job Summary
Interns at RBC Bearings will gain professional experience in a manufacturing setting, performing duties similar to Design and Project Engineers. Responsibilities include assisting manufacturing with process creation and tooling designs, analyzing test data, writing test plans and reports, troubleshooting test and manufacturing issues, and maintaining orderly project records. Candidates must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- MS Office proficient
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Attendance and punctuality at work are essential functions of this position.

- Mechanical aptitude displayed through personal hobbies/projects or work experience
