Job Summary
Support revenue reporting, pipeline tracking, and CRM data hygiene across APAC (Salesforce). Build and maintain dashboards, Excel models, and reporting templates to support GTM decision-making. Conduct territory, account, and revenue data analysis to identify trends and surface insights. Document, map, and help streamline RevOps processes across the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success lifecycle. Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects supporting APAC GTM planning, forecasting, and operational initiatives. Fluency in Japanese is mandatory for daily collaboration with Japan-based teams. Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Japanese (spoken and written)
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Excel — comfortable with pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data modelling
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Desired Qualifications
- Any prior exposure to Salesforce, Gong, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
