Intern, Real Estate Investments (Fall 2026)

Job Summary
Intern, Real Estate Investments will support financial analysis and modelling of real estate transactions across investment, development, strategy, asset and portfolio management; responsibilities include Excel cash flow modelling, market research, and analysis to support underwriting assumptions, interpretation of financial data for valuation and benchmarking, and preparation of investment committee memos, strategy papers, and presentations for partners. The role requires ability to work well within a small, flat team, with strong analytical/financial modelling skills, experience in investment analysis, proficiency in MS Office, and a willingness to collaborate across geographies in Asia Pacific and with Toronto.
Required Qualifications
- Years 3-4 preferred
- Robust analytical and technical/financial modelling skills
- Experience in investment/financial analysis and transaction support, preferably within commercial real estate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Willingness to work across geographies in Asia Pacific, as well as with colleagues in Toronto
- Team player; self-starter; professional and positive attitude
