Job Summary
Quality & Data Intern supports the team by organizing and preparing product documentation, assisting with quality projects, and learning about compliance requirements in manufacturing. The role provides hands-on experience with ISO, IATF, and AS9100, and involves organizing documentation for product approvals, preparing templates and customer submission packages, checking documents for accuracy, uploading files to internal systems, assisting in preparing simple compliance statements, and supporting projects related to product development, manufacturing, and quality assurance. The intern will participate in team meetings, gain exposure to quality certifications, observe how quality audits and compliance systems operate, and explore career paths within engineering, quality, and manufacturing.
Required Qualifications
- Current high school student interested in engineering, manufacturing, or business
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Able to work part-time during the school year or summer
- Adequate to undergo a background check via 3rd party supplier if offered a position
