Intern - Purchasing, Year-Round

Job Summary
Organize internal and external meetings across teams and global time zones, manage calendars, and prepare meeting agendas. Support vendor management by following up on quotes, tracking response timelines, and escalating delays. Assist in the creation and execution of NDAs, submit and monitor contracts through internal systems, and coordinate sourcing events and RFQ processes. Maintain project trackers, organize documentation, and prepare status reports for ongoing initiatives. This role requires a student enrolled in a U.S. accredited program for at least 12 months, available for 20 hours per week during normal business hours, and willing to commute to the Fort Mill, SC HQ campus three days per week. A minimum GPA of 2.8 is required.
Required Qualifications
- Student currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited degree program for at least another 12 months
- Willing to dedicate 12 months toward internship
- Working toward a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business / Supply Chain / Finance
- Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri)
- Willing to commute to Fort Mill, SC HQ campus 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
- Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in all work
- Basic understanding of purchasing processes and supply chain concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members across departments
- Strong data entry capabilities and comfort with computer systems
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Professional demeanor and reliability
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
