Job Summary
Monitor trade, tax, CHIPS, workforce, and environment policy developments; draft background research and memos relating to legislative efforts and regulatory policy; shadow team members for congressional and other stakeholder engagement. This paid fall internship runs 30 hours per week for 12-14 weeks between mid-September and December, based in the Washington, DC office. Applicants must be enrolled part-time in an undergraduate or graduate program and submit a resume, cover letter, and a 1-3 page writing sample by August 23, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and maintain ongoing work authorization throughout employment without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Enrolled at least part time in an undergraduate or graduate education program
- Available to work 30 hours per week for the duration of the 12-14 week program between mid-September through December
- Must be able to demonstrate strong writing skills
- Interest in public policy as a future career path
