Job Summary
Intern Production role supporting the Production team to monitor materials of production orders and measure output of the production line; prepare products ready for export; measure and analyze routing time to balance line activity. Responsibilities include updating work instructions and training operators, implementing process improvements to increase manufacturing effectiveness, coordinating rework as needed, supporting P-FMEA, attending production meetings to align with the production plan, ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations, and contributing to a safety-focused, integrity-driven manufacturing environment. Requires a university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, strong manufacturing-process knowledge, proficiency in English, good MS Office skills, ability to work independently with strong analytical thinking and time-management abilities.
Required Qualifications
- University Graduate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Comprehensive knowledge on manufacturing process
- Proficiency in English communication
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Able to work independently and structurally, strong analytical thinking
- Good time management
