Intern People Operations (gn)

We are seeking a Werkstudent People Operations (gn) to join The Quality Group's People & Organisation team for 20 hours per week. You will support operational HR processes, create and maintain personnel master data in Personio, generate employment contracts and HR documents, assist across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, help develop HR processes, and contribute ideas on strategic people projects. Ideal candidates are enrolled students in business administration, economic psychology, or related fields with an interest in HR, possess strong organizational skills, willingness to question and improve processes, and have very good German and English language skills. On-site work is expected 1–2 days per week at one of our Hamburg-area locations (Hamburg/Ottensen or Elmshorn/Elbestr.). The role offers hybrid or remote possibilities across The Quality Group network in Northern Germany, Italy, Spain, Amsterdam, and London, with opportunities to grow within a high-performance culture and take on responsibility within HR projects.
