Intern (Payments Products team)

Intern (Payments Products team) at Luminor with hybrid work and location in Riga, Latvia. Responsibilities include supporting business analysis activities (requirements gathering and documentation), preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, participating in stakeholder discussions, contributing to process analysis and improvement initiatives, supporting testing activities (UAT preparation, defect tracking), maintaining documentation in Confluence and Jira, and collaborating to contribute to team and company performance while adhering to confidentiality requirements. Ideal candidates will have problem-solving skills, stakeholder-management abilities, experience in documenting requirements, process modelling and workflow analysis, a strong interest in technology (APIs and system integrations, data flows), knowledge of fintech/payment trends, ability to understand regulatory concepts, and fluency in English. The role offers flexible hours with hybrid work and potential to work from anywhere in the EU, Iceland, Switzerland, and the UK up to 90 days per year; gross salary is 900 EUR/month, with the applicant primarily located in the Baltics.
