Job Summary
Intern, Partner Strategy & Management provides support to the Business Development & Strategy Activation department during the season. Duties include managing weekly agendas, assisting with client gifting, ticket distribution, events setup/teardown, CRM/internal reporting, tracking in-game signage, scheduling mediaplayslists for partnership accounts, supporting partner strategy & management projects, assisting with game-night activities (early entry, table activations, signage displays, suite setup/hosting), collecting sponsor-related photos for client recaps, and assisting with partner strategy & management tasks. Requires current college student or recent graduate, strong organization, professional demeanor, excellent written/verbal communication, reliability to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and teamwork. Proficiency with MS Word/Excel and Photoshop is a plus; a criminal background check is required. The role is in-office in Milwaukee, WI, with duties that may include events during evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Current student enrolled in a four-year college program or college graduate looking for experience with a professional sports franchise
- Must be highly organized, responsible, thorough and independently motivated
- Must be timely and exhibit the ability to follow a detailed schedule and tracking template
- Availability to work some nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong teamwork required
- Previous sports industry experience a plus
- Computer skills including MS Word and MS Excel and Adobe Photoshop a plus
