Job Summary
Intern Partner Experience Global role focusing on supporting partner-facing content management and communications. Responsibilities include uploading and formatting content in the Knowledge Center and Partner Web, coordinating translation and localization requests via Jira, tracking content requests and ETAs, contributing to routine data extractions and usage reports, maintaining internal process documentation, and performing quality control to ensure content alignment with Glovo brand and tone. Requires 0-2 years in content management or related fields, familiarity with CMS/knowledge-base platforms is a plus, strong attention to detail, English proficiency with multilingual capabilities valued, and ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced global environment. Degree in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of experience in content management, digital communications, copywriting, or a related field
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Languages, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Familiarity with content management systems or knowledge base platforms is a plus
- Excellent written communication skills in English; multilingual capabilities are highly valued
- Organized and capable of managing multiple content requests simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with multiple market teams
