Job Summary
Assist with day-to-day program operations, including filing, data entry, recordkeeping, and document preparation. Provide professional customer service to participants and visitors while supporting outreach, community engagement, and event logistics. Perform inventory management, supply distribution, and facility support duties such as cleaning and maintenance as assigned. Participate in job-shadowing experiences, workshops, and training sessions to develop industry-specific skills. Work across multiple departments based on organizational needs, adhering to safety procedures and professional standards.

- Must be an active participant in the PH6 Program
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned work responsibly

- Represents Fedcap's mission and values with integrity
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
- Must be able to bend, lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors as assignments require
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or TASC preferred
- Current students or individuals actively participating in workforce development programs
- Previous work experience is not required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, internet navigation) are preferred but not required
- Volunteer, school, or community involvement is considered valuable experience
