Job Summary
Support exhibition-related tasks by preparing installation and deinstallation documents, conducting gallery inventory, and archiving past exhibition files. Organize, maintain, and archive acquisition records across physical and digital systems while gaining exposure to incoming and outgoing loans. Develop introductory skills in data entry and record extraction using collections management software, Adobe, Google Suite, and Microsoft systems through hands-on work alongside staff. Complete documentation, inventory, and cataloguing duties while observing professional museum practices for maintaining official records of objects in the collection or on loan. This 15-week paid internship runs approximately 16 hours per week at $18.47/hour, starting September 16, 2026, with partial remote work options and occasional travel to local storage facilities.
